Terms of Use

Last updated July 30, 2026

Welcome to Liora. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Abror Turimov (doing business as Liora) ("Liora," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your access to and use of the Liora mobile application and related services (the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or otherwise using Liora, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Liora.

Table of Contents

1. Who Can Use Liora

You must be at least 13 years old to use Liora. By creating an account or using Liora, you confirm that:

Liora is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account. If we learn that someone under 13 has created an account, we will remove it. If you believe a child under 13 is using Liora, please contact us at contact@liora-app.org.

2. Your Permission to Use Liora

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Liora app on a device you own or control, and to access and use the Services. All rights we do not expressly grant you are reserved.

Except where the law does not allow us to restrict you, you may not:

We are always improving Liora, so we may add, change, or remove features, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time. We will try to give notice where we reasonably can.

3. Your Account

To use most features of Liora, you need to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

You are solely responsible for your account and for anything done through it, and you will not sell or transfer your account to anyone else without our permission. You may sign up using an email and password, or through Google or Apple sign-in; if you use a third-party sign-in, you are also subject to that provider's terms.

4. About Liora

Liora is a public, community-focused platform built around shared purpose. People create and share things they love in shared community spaces that they build — sometimes together with others. To help you understand how Liora is organized: communities on Liora are called Projects, the spaces within them are called Topics, and the things people share are called Posts. Some Projects are built collaboratively by more than one person.

Liora is public-first: the things you share are generally visible to other people who use Liora. You should assume that anything you post can be seen by others who use the Services.

We may personalize your experience and recommend content to you based on factors such as your interests, the communities and content you follow, and how you use the Services.

This section is only a general description of the Services to help you use them. The Services and the features described here may change, be renamed, be added to, or be removed over time.

5. Your Content

a. Your Content and your responsibility for it

Liora lets you post and share content, including images, videos, text, and links, and to create and name spaces and communities. For the purpose of these Terms, anything you post, upload, submit, or otherwise make available on Liora is referred to as "Your Content."

You keep any ownership rights you have in Your Content, and you are solely responsible for it. By posting Your Content, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to post it and to grant the license below, and that Your Content does not violate these Terms, any law, or the rights of any other person. Because you alone are responsible for Your Content, you may expose yourself to liability if you post content without having all necessary rights. We take no responsibility for, and do not endorse, guarantee, or verify, any of Your Content.

b. The license you give us

To operate Liora and to promote it, we need your permission to use Your Content. By posting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify (for technical and formatting purposes, such as resizing), publish, publicly display, and distribute Your Content — along with any name, username, or likeness you provide in connection with it:

  1. To operate, provide, and improve the Services — for example, storing Your Content and displaying it to other users; and
  2. To promote and market Liora — for example, featuring Your Content in Liora's marketing, social media, app store materials, or "featured" placements that showcase what people create on Liora.

What we will not do. Liora is a home for creators, so even though the license above is broad enough to run and promote Liora, we commit that:

Unlike some platforms, we do not ask you to give up attribution or "moral rights" in your work. Nothing in these Terms entitles you to any payment for Your Content or for any use of it permitted here.

Duration. This license lasts for as long as Your Content is on Liora. If you delete Your Content, the license ends for future uses, except as described in Section 5(d) and except that copies already shared or saved by others, or held in routine backups, may persist for a reasonable period.

c. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Liora, you agree that we may use them without any obligation or compensation to you. Please do not send us feedback that is confidential or that belongs to someone else.

d. How long we keep Your Content, and what remains after deletion

You can delete Your Content or your account at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the personal information connected to it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Because Liora is public and built around shared community spaces that people create and build together, some of Your Content may remain on Liora after you delete your account or leave a space — in a form no longer associated with your identity — including Your Content that you or other people have contributed to those shared spaces. This helps ensure that a community and the contributions of others are not disrupted when one person leaves. Content in a shared space may also remain available to that community independently of any single person's account.

If you want specific Content removed, delete it yourself before deleting your account or the space it belongs to. After your account is deleted, Content that remains will no longer be associated with you, but it may stay on Liora unless you request otherwise as described below.

If, after deleting your account, Content that remains still contains personal information about you that you want removed, contact us at contact@liora-app.org, and we will review and address your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Rules for Using Liora

Liora only works if people use it respectfully. By using Liora, you agree not to post Your Content, create spaces, or behave in ways that fall into any of the categories below. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Illegal, harmful, and abusive content and conduct. You may not:

Adult and explicit content (NSFW). Liora is intended for a general audience that includes teenagers. Sexually explicit content, pornography, and other "NSFW" (not safe for work) material are strictly prohibited anywhere on Liora, including in posts, community spaces, profile images, and cover images.

Intellectual property and stolen work. Liora exists to support creators, so respecting others' work is essential. You may not:

AI-generated content. Liora is intended as a home for human-created work. AI-generated content is discouraged and is only permitted where clearly appropriate — for example, in community spaces that are specifically about or open to AI-generated work, or in limited contexts such as a profile avatar. AI-generated content that is passed off as human-made, that is posted where it is unwelcome, or that violates any other rule in these Terms may be removed by the people who moderate the relevant community, by us, or in response to reports.

Spam, security, and misuse. You may not:

We may update these rules from time to time as Liora grows and as new kinds of misuse appear.

7. Content Moderation and Reporting

Reporting. If you see content or behavior that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it through the reporting tools in the app or by contacting us at contact@liora-app.org.

Our response. We review reports and act on violations as quickly as reasonably possible. Depending on the situation, we may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban accounts. We may take these actions with or without notice, at our discretion, to keep Liora safe.

No obligation to pre-screen. We do not, and cannot, review all content before it is posted, and we are not responsible for content posted by users. However, we reserve the right to remove or restrict content and to act against accounts that violate these Terms. Where appropriate, you may contact us to appeal an action you believe was taken in error.

8. Community Moderation

Parts of Liora may be moderated by members of the community — for example, the people who create or help build a community space may review reports and remove or restrict content within their space. Additional community-moderation tools may be introduced over time.

If you help moderate a community on Liora:

We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of community moderators. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to step in, review, or overturn any moderation action, and to limit or remove anyone's ability to moderate, at any time and at our discretion.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on Liora infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, report it to us by email at contact@liora-app.org.

To help us review your complaint quickly, please include:

We will review reports and, where appropriate, remove the content in question, and we will notify the affected user. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us at the same address, and we will review the matter. We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

10. Third-Party Links and Content

Liora may contain links to third-party websites, products, or content that we do not own or control, and that may be posted by other users. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content, and your use of them is at your own risk. You should review any third party's terms and policies before using their services.

11. Liora's Intellectual Property

As between you and us, we own all rights in Liora and the Services, including our name, branding, software, and design (but not Your Content). You may not use our branding or other intellectual property except as necessary to use the Services as permitted by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

12. Termination

You may stop using Liora and delete your account at any time, as described in Section 5(d).

We may suspend or terminate your access to Liora, remove or restrict Your Content, or ban your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or where we believe it is necessary to protect Liora or its users. Where appropriate, we will provide notice, and you may contact us to appeal.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5(b), 5(d), 6, 9, 11, and 13 through 18 — will continue to apply after your use of the Services ends.

13. Disclaimers

Liora is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, appropriate, or reliable. You understand that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose, and you use the Services at your own risk. Liora is at an early stage of development, and features may change, break, or be discontinued.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liora (Abror Turimov) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or content, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, or the conduct or content of any other user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Services in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free service, is zero), or (b) USD 100.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything we have specifically promised you.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liora (Abror Turimov) from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any other person or entity.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live — for example, if you live in the EEA or UK, you keep those protections and, where applicable, the right to bring claims in the courts of the country where you live.

Resolving disputes. If you have a problem or dispute with us, please contact us first at contact@liora-app.org so we can try to resolve it informally. We will make a good-faith effort to work things out. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except where the law that applies to you gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country's courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Liora grows and as legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as within the app or by email. By continuing to use Liora after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using Liora and may delete your account.
